Bu metin, Takıl uygulamasında yalnızca açık rızanıza dayanarak yapılan işlemeleri anlatır. Diğer tüm işlemeler (hesabınızın oluşturulması, etkinliklere katılım, güvenlik) sözleşmenin ifası veya meşru menfaat gibi başka hukuki sebeplere dayanır ve Gizlilik Politikası ve Aydınlatma Metni'nde açıklanmıştır.

Rızanın üç ayrı konusu vardır
Aşağıdaki üç başlığın her biri birbirinden bağımsızdır. Birine rıza verip diğerine vermeyebilirsiniz; hiçbirine rıza vermemeniz hâlinde de uygulamanın temel işlevlerini (etkinlikleri görme, katılma, sohbet etme) kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz.
1. Yaklaşık Konumun İşlenmesi
Ne yapılıyor: Uygulama açıkken cihazınızın konumu, yaklaşık 150 metrelik bir ızgara hücresine yuvarlanır. Hesabınızda yalnızca bu hücrenin numarası ve son güncelleme zamanı tutulur.
Kesin koordinatınız saklanmaz. Konum geçmişiniz oluşturulmaz — yalnızca en son hücre tutulur.
Ne için: Yakınındaki etkinlikleri mesafeye göre sıralamak ve harita görünümü için.
Rıza vermezseniz: Etkinlikler mesafeye göre sıralanmaz ve harita görünümünü kullanamazsınız. Etkinlikleri görmeye, katılmaya ve sohbet etmeye devam edersiniz.
Geri alma: Ayarlar > Konum paylaşımını kapat.
2. Rehber Eşleştirme
Ne yapılıyor:
- Rehberinizdeki telefon numaraları ve e-posta adresleri cihazınızın içinde SHA-256 ile özetlenir.
- Numaraların ve adreslerin kendisi hiçbir zaman sunucuya gönderilmez.
- Eşleştirmenin yapılabilmesi için bu özetler sunucuya gönderilir. Sunucu bunları yalnızca kayıtlı kullanıcıların özetleriyle karşılaştırır ve eşleşenleri size döndürür.
- Gönderdiğiniz özetler sunucuda saklanmaz, sorgu bitince ortadan kalkar.
- Kendi telefon ve e-posta özetiniz, başkalarının sizi bulabilmesi için hesabınızda saklanır.
Dürüst olmamız gereken nokta: Telefon numarasının SHA-256 özeti, numaranın kısa ve tahmin edilebilir olması nedeniyle anonim veri sayılmaz. Bu yüzden bu özetleri kişisel veri olarak koruyoruz.
Ne için: Rehberinizdeki tanıdıklarınızın Takıl'da olup olmadığını bulabilmeniz için.
Rıza vermezseniz: Rehber taraması hiç çalışmaz. Uygulamanın geri kalanı normal çalışır.
Geri alma: Ayarlar > Rehber eşleştirmesini kapat · Ayarlar > "Rehberde bulunabilirlik"i kapatarak kendi özetlerinizi de eşleştirme dışında tutabilirsiniz.
3. Bildirim Gönderimi
Ne yapılıyor: Cihazınıza ait push bildirim jetonu ve platform bilgisi (iOS/Android) kaydedilir.
Ne için: Etkinlik hatırlatmaları, karşılıklı eşleşme bildirimleri, mesaj bildirimleri ve sizinle ilgili diğer uyarılar için.
Rıza vermezseniz: Bildirim almazsınız; uygulamanın tüm özelliklerini kullanmaya devam edersiniz.
Geri alma: Ayarlar > Bildirimler · veya cihazınızın sistem ayarlarından.
Yurt Dışına Veri Aktarımı Hakkında Bilgilendirme
Verilerin Türkiye dışındaki sunucularda (Almanya / Avrupa Birliği) barındırılması bu metnin konusu değildir; söz konusu aktarım açık rızaya dayanmamaktadır. Aktarım, 6698 sayılı Kanun'un 9. maddesi kapsamında yürütülür. Ayrıntı için Gizlilik Politikası Bölüm 6'ya bakınız.
Rızanızı Geri Alma
Her başlık için rızanızı istediğiniz an, gerekçe göstermeden geri alabilirsiniz. Yukarıda her başlığın altında geri alma yolu belirtilmiştir.
Rızanın geri alınması, geri alınmadan önce yapılmış işlemenin hukuka uygunluğunu etkilemez.

İlgili başlıklardaki onay adımlarını tamamlayarak:
Yukarıda konusu, amacı ve kapsamı ayrı ayrı açıklanan işlemeler bakımından, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ve GDPR uyarınca özgür irademle, bilgilendirilmiş olarak ve açıkça rıza gösterdiğimi beyan ederim.

KVKK m.11 kapsamındaki haklarınızın tam listesi ve başvuru usulü (kanallar, 30 günlük yasal yanıt süresi, Kurul'a şikâyet yolu) Gizlilik Politikası bölüm 8 ve 9'da yer almaktadır.

Explicit Consent Notice

This notice describes the processing carried out in the Takıl app solely on the basis of your explicit consent. All other processing (creating your account, attending events, safety) relies on other legal bases such as performance of contract or legitimate interest, and is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Consent covers three separate matters
Each of the three headings below is independent of the others. You may consent to one and refuse another; and even if you consent to none of them, you can still use the app's core functions (seeing events, attending them, chatting).
1. Processing of Approximate Location
What happens: While the app is open, your device location is rounded to an approximately 150-metre grid cell. Only that cell identifier and a last-updated timestamp are kept on your account.
Your precise coordinates are not stored. No location history is created — only the most recent cell is retained.
What for: To sort nearby events by distance and for the map view.
If you refuse: Events are not sorted by distance and you cannot use the map view. You can still see events, attend them and chat.
Withdrawal: Settings > turn off location sharing.
2. Contacts Matching
What happens:
- Phone numbers and email addresses in your address book are hashed on your device with SHA-256.
- The numbers and addresses themselves are never sent to the server.
- In order for matching to work, those hashes are sent to the server. The server compares them only against registered users' hashes and returns matches to you.
- The hashes you send are not stored on the server; they disappear when the query ends.
- A hash of your own phone and email is stored on your account so that others can find you.
A point we owe you honestly: because a phone number is short and predictable, its SHA-256 hash is not considered anonymous data. We therefore protect these hashes as personal data.
What for: So you can find out which of your contacts are already on Takıl.
If you refuse: Contacts scanning never runs. The rest of the app works normally.
Withdrawal: Settings > turn off contacts matching · Settings > turn off "discoverable via contacts" to also exclude your own hashes from matching.
3. Sending Notifications
What happens: Your device's push notification token and platform (iOS/Android) are stored.
What for: Event reminders, mutual match alerts, message notifications and other alerts relevant to you.
If you refuse: You receive no notifications; every other feature continues to work.
Withdrawal: Settings > Notifications · or from your device's system settings.
Information on Cross-Border Data Transfers
The hosting and storage of application data on servers located outside of Türkiye (Germany, European Union) is not subject to this explicit consent notice. That transfer does not rely on explicit consent. It is carried out pursuant to Article 9 of Law No. 6698. See Privacy Policy Section 6 for details.
Withdrawing Your Consent
You may withdraw your consent for each heading at any time, without giving a reason. The withdrawal route is stated under each heading above.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Declaration
By completing the consent steps for each of the headings above:
I declare that, in respect of the processing whose subject, purpose and scope are separately explained above, I give my freely given, informed and explicit consent under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the GDPR.
Your Rights and How to Apply
The full list of your rights under KVKK Article 11 and the application procedure (channels, the 30-day statutory response period, and the route for complaints to the Board) are set out in Privacy Policy sections 8 and 9.
